After working several years with a major financial institution as a small business consultant, I noticed how badly owners were being taken advantage of by merchant service reps at the institution.  I could not BELIEVE a machine that cost $219 would be leased for 4 years at $49 monthly.  Then when we took a closer look at the rates, I realized that they were being further taken advantage of with effective rates of close to 5%.  So in addition to an unbreakable 4 year lease on a cheap piece of equipment, there is also a 3 year agreement for the merchant processing.  The reps who would set up the owners would install the machines and that would be the last any owner would ever hear from them.  Questions abound about EMV, PCI Compliance, Chargebacks... did not matter.  The owners I worked with worked way too hard to be treated like this.  I see the dedication, how much sacrifice they put into make their business work and it just was simply wrong in my eyes.  Alas, Triad Merchant Solutions was born (I know, who even uses 'alas' anymore?).  My mission was simple:  No contracts, fair/transparent pricing, plenty of options, and most importantly, someone to handle ALL of their merchant service needs.  Not just signing up a new owner, but shopping at their business, handling PCI Compliance, offering training on devices, and keep everyone up to speed with the fast evolving merchant service industry.  Triad Merchant Solutions business model is built on trust and growth.  As our business owners grow, so do we!  So of course, we have your best interest in mind even at times if that is not with us.  I always offer a free merchant service analysis to explain what you have and what you could have by making a switch.  We don't always win, but we feel GREAT about what we do and our customers love us.  Let's chat to see how we can help you TODAY!
